Summer-Themed Elementary Worksheets
Summer has always been the season my kids look forward to the most. However, between coordinating afternoon schedules and keeping up with various summer camps, our days get incredibly full. As a result, the house feels like a revolving door of beach towels and sunscreen. As much as I love the energy, I’ve realized that without something structured, the “summer slide” becomes very real.
That is exactly why I started this growing collection of summer-themed worksheets. It wasn’t a huge, planned project; instead, it was just me sitting down with my design tools to create something as bright and fun as a day at the pool. Since my kids are obsessed with anything tropical—like watermelons, sandcastles, and beach gear—tucking essential practice inside those shapes just makes sense.
I’m constantly adding new summer-themed worksheets to this set as I come up with fresh ideas. It’s my favorite way to keep their brains moving between activities without adding any extra stress to our sunny, chaotic days.
